Boba and Brew opened in Marabella in January 2022. The vision was to bring fresh coffee and bubble tea together with a café putting the spotlight on well built, high quality drinks with memorably great customer service. Though the café opened during COVID with restrictions in place, the intention was always to foster community. From the beginning, the brand positioned itself differently, pairing specialty coffee standards with the creativity and fun of bubble tea, while designing a clean, modern space that felt both elevated and welcoming. What started as a bold experiment in a challenging season quickly became a recognizable name in its community.

Over the past three years, Boba and Brew has grown from a single concept into a multi-location brand, expanding to a university campus location and strengthening its operational structure with dedicated leadership across both cafés. The company introduced loyalty initiatives, seasonal menu drops, dessert options, and a refined drink menu built around consistency, speed, and quality. Milestones include its third anniversary celebration, expanded seating at the original café, a strengthened management team, and the continued development of its in-house roasted coffee line. Through constant refinement, from menu engineering to storefront upgrades, the brand has matured into a confident player in Trinidad and Tobago’s evolving café culture.
